pretty sure today’s lunch is my power food. turkey kebabs with spinach rice and tahini. the kebabs were made with a long list of every spice i own but what was new this time was i threw in a bunch of this spanish pincho moruno spice i bought in valencia which i’m finding out now is ras el hanout. i guess that’s perfect since that’s what i had been looking for in valencia originally. this one must have more turmeric or something though cause it was crazy yellow.
