Our food truck prayers were answered Friday with a visit from the Toum Truck. If you know the 4tupps you know that we have a Lebanese food groupie among us and another mid-east flavor lover so we were delighted to give it a try today on our Friday free day. We got to try the Kafta sandwich which was HUGE and the Chicken Shawarma platter which was also a healthy amount food and great amount of flavor (that toum doesn’t mess around). Unfortunately, there was no shish taouk which we were expecting but overall we were satisfied with our lunches and hoping that they bring back the shish taouk!
